Return Policy

Information about our return policy is available on this page. Please be aware that free delivery does not include exchanges or returns. Free shipping is only available for initial purchases. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (date that the shipping carrier delivered it).

What to provide when contacting us?

  1. Please provide your order number.
  2. Detailed information about your request or why you are contacting us.
  3. Attach photos of the damage or defective to the email. We need photos of;
    1. Photo of damage to the shipping package (if applicable)
    2. Photo of defective and/or damage to items that was inside the packaging itself.
    3. Any other additional photos or videos that show the defective.

We will contact you back within 24-48 hours with a decision.

Return with a Receipt and/or Order number

If your entrevisionu.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The delivery date is the date the shipping carrier delivered the package. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of this delivery date.

What condition must the purchased item be in to be accepted for return?

Items must be new, unopened, unwashed, in unused condition, tag still intact, and in its original packaging. If the item is deemed used or damaged, a refund will not be provided. Please verify your correct size measurements where applicable by using our sizing chart to prevent incorrect sizing. 

How to request a return?

  1. Contact us first. Send us an email to “shop@entrevisionu.com” along with your order number and details about your reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service will review and suggest the next action steps via an email response.

How to return an item by mail after approval?

Please follow the steps below to return your approved items:

  1. If the return is approved and the reason is a fault of entrevisionu.com we will provide a prepaid return shipping label sent to you via your customer email provided at time of purchase.
    1. The customer is responsible for returning shipping cost if it is deemed a customer error.
  2. Please print the prepaid return label and attach it securely to your package.
  3. Drop of the package at the nearest shipping location.
  4. If you are shipping the item back on your own please ensure to keep track and provide the tracking information if available.

Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for your items until it is in our possession. Please keep track of your packages. 

Return without a Receipt or Confirmation Number

If you would like to return an item, but do not have the receipt, order number, packing slip or confirmation email, EntreVisionU will make every attempt to assist by searching for your order. All approved “no receipt returns” will also follow the Return with Receipt method listed above. As a reminder you have the same 30 calendar days to request a return, once your order has been delivered.

Please follow the same process steps above to return items by mail as listed in “Return without a Receipt or Confirmation Number”.

Refund of Payment

Your money will be refunded along with all related tax charges for all item(s) (if applicable). We offer refunds in the same format as the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Under no circumstances will entrevisionu.com give reimbursement or credit to a customer for the cost of return shipping incurred by the customer.

Original shipping and handling charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the amount of your refund unless the return is the result of an entrevisionu.com error (customer service must first agree).

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refund requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification via the email you provided once the refund has been completed on our end. After we have completed our refund procedures, the amount of time it takes for the refund to show up on your account is determined by your bank or financial institution. It usually shows up within a week.

  • Credit Card Refunds:

    It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method.

  • PayPal Refunds:

    PayPal refunds are normally received within 24 hours or less.  If you have not received confirmation that a refund was issued please contact us after 48 hours further

Exchanges

An item is no longer eligible for return for a refund if it has previously been exchanged. If a buyer wants to exchange an item, shipping and handling fees are their responsibility. The cost of shipping covers both the replacement item as well as the original item’s return.

EntrevisionU.com will cover the shipping costs for exchanges when there has been an error on the part of the website. 

Please return the original product before requesting an exchange. Use the return method described above. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to both the return and replacement of products if it is determined that you, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping costs. Please be aware that free delivery does not cover exchanges or returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return a Defective Item?

If you received a defective item and want to exchange it, please contact us at shop@entrevisionu.com. Please follow the return procedure listed above.

If you received an item that was damaged in shipping and want to exchange or return it, please contact us at shop@entrevisionu.com.

Sales, Clearance and Specially marked item

All sales are final on sales, clearance items or items specially marked. No exceptions.
