EntreVisionU, LLC Return Policy


Return with a Receipt and/or Order number:

If your entrevisionU.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 14 calendar days of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is deemed used or damaged, a refund will not be provided. To return an item by mail, follow steps below:

  1. Send an email to “refunds@entrevisionU.com” along with your order number and details.
  2. Our customer service will review and suggest the next action steps.
  3. If we agree to return, customer service will prepare and provide a return shipping label via your customer email provided.
  4. Customer will Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
  5. Please, drop the package at your nearest shipping location.
Return without a Receipt or Confirmation Number:

If you would like to return an item, but do not have the receipt, order number, packing slip or confirmation email, EntreVisionU will make every attempt to assist by searching for your order. All approved “no receipt returns” will also follow the Return with Receipt method listed previous in the section and have 14 calendar days to return

Refunds:

Your refund will include the appropriate tax charged per item(s). Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of entrevisionu.com error (customer service must first agree). We issue refunds in the same form as payment originally used for the purchase, except as specified below:

  • Online purchases made using PayPal will be refunded using PayPal.

Exchanges:

The Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs if they wish to exchange and item. If the reason for the exchange is due to be an error resulting from EntrevisionU.com, then EntrevisionU will pay for the shipping cost for the exchange. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product first, using our returns process listed above. Shipping and handling will be applied to both return and replacement products if the buyer is deemed responsible for shipping costs.

All sales are final on clearance items or items specially marked. No exceptions.
